Joel M. Smith is an attorney at the O’Brien & Zehnder Law Firm. His practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability matters. Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Oregon, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 2004 and Master of Science degree in 2006. He then attended law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento, California, graduating with honors in 2012. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in all California courts.
Outside of work, Mr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, hiking, and reading nonfiction. When not in the office, he volunteers his time at his kids’ schools and his church. His favorite place to vacation is Oregon.
